I was one of the first professionals in Houston to offer assisted stretching services, and I've built my career on one principle: find the root cause, don't just treat the symptom.

Alongside my coaching work, I have over 15 years as a manual therapy and rehab specialist at Stretch HTX — so if any pain or movement limitation pops up along the way, I'll be able to help you handle the rehab side too.
